This page explains what information Växtrum collects when you visit this site or write to us, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect almost nothing, and we never sell or trade anything.
We only ever hold what you hand us yourself: the details in an enquiry, an email address to reply to, and the correspondence that follows. There is no account system and no hidden profile.
Your details are used for exactly one thing: answering you and handling whatever you asked about. We do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for, and we do not share your details with advertisers.
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is a small flag remembering that you closed the cookie notice, so it does not reappear on every page. You can remove it at any time through your browser settings.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is disclosed only if the law obliges us to, and to no one else.
Correspondence is kept only as long as it is needed to handle your matter and any follow-up, after which it is deleted. Records we are legally required to keep are kept for the statutory period and no longer.
Access, correction, deletion, and objection to any use — all of these are yours to request, free of charge. One message to hej@vxtrum-49523.com is enough.
What little we hold is stored on access-controlled systems and is not accessible to anyone outside the business.
The data controller for this site is Växtrum. Anything unclear in this policy — write to hej@vxtrum-49523.com and a person will answer.
